anybody got any ideas what kind of 1/4 mile i can expect out of a typical \'95 s-10 standard cab, shortbed makin about 225 horses on slightly worn street tires with a stock th 350 automatic tranny and im guessin 3.73 gears?
it weighs about 3000 lbs from what ive read.

the older 5.0\'s had the 225 horse 302in them ..i think they weight about the same as a s10 cause the are a unibody car with no frame..so it made them light...but i would say 14.30-14-80...if you get traction

i would also guess around 14 - 15\'s. why dont you go to the track and find out for sure? There is a lot of facters that could effect your times.

well its kind of in the process of being put together, i was just trying to get an idea of what to expect. Thanx for all the input. Ill post times when i hit the track, hopefuly later this month.
