turn signal

awhile back i was going down the road and i hit a dog. it busted the bulb, so i changed it. now when i put the signal on it will not flash. any suggestions what it might be?

I already changed the flasher and when I bought the bulb I matched them up to make sure that it was the right one.

does the rear flash? is the socket good?

all wires intact?

prob the dogs ghost getting even with you.

either a bad ground or the wrong bulb. mine use to do the same. i had a loose ground. i would check that next

when i push the turn signal to go right it works just fine. but when i push it to go left, the lights turn on they just dont flash. it works fine when i turn the hazards on too.

check the grounds i believe there is one each side of the truck

it sounds like the flasher is bad. but like the other guys say!check the ground. and make sure that it is an 1157 bulb (dual element).

the emergency flashers should work on a different circuit and has it own flasher. when you changed the flasher make sure you changed the correct one! http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif
