I have V8 S10. 1991. Body of truck is channeling air across it causing a whisling sound. Don\'t know if this is common . Noise seems to becoming from front of truck or front fenders. Did anyone have this problem and what did you find was the source. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif

Pull up your carpet and have a real close look up under the pedal area. From the fuse box to the floor pan. You may have some holes that are causing it. Could even be an air leak around your windows or even mirror

I thought I wrote this up. But I Found what has been causing the whistling on my truck. Dont know if all year apply but at the head lights frame were they wrap around to frame out the side markers on 1991s. The thin frame at the corner of the truck had to be sealed to prevent the air damming up on the headlight from slipping under the frame. This air played the frame like it was a reed. Thanks for all the tips
