Do you have the macromedia flash plug in installed on your computer? This may be the problem, my avatar is done in flash, usually the plug in will install itself when it runs across a flash movie. Try going to macromedia.com and installing the flash plug in. 98.6% of the computers already have this, but there is that 1.4% that do not. If this does not correct the problem I will have to find out whats up, but no other problems have been reported.
