This is my first time posting on here and i would just like to fill you guys in on what i am doing and what you think.

97 s-10 ss vortech 4.3 .....



this site has really helped me out alot on my engine swap.

i am now running a tpi 355, th350, 3.73 gears.

Its just about finished.. all that needs to be done is the exhaust and tranny cooler so i should be up and running this weekend.

I will have some pics posted soon..

so i guess i just wanted to say hello to everyone on here and look forward to chatting with you all soon....

sounds like fun, just make sure that you do not come out of a burnout with the TH350 in 2nd gear. Both 1st and 3rd are fine. Also do not let off the gas fast ater the burnout. The sprag can come apart. Mine is parked right now waiting for a tranny.

if ya think that is bad this is already my second trans in this and it has not been on the road yet.. i was installing the first one onto the motor and the frekin bell housing snapped off in my hands. i noticed it had a small hairline fracture near a bolt hole and did not think anything of it untill that damned thing snapped..there is 6 hun down the drain......
