What exactly do they do for you?

With a strong motor it helps keep the frame from twisting. Helps stiffen thinks up a bit. A lot of drag racers use solid aluminum mounts.

Stock mounts are pretty soft/spongy.

what do you need poly body mounts for? I don\'t think they\'d make much a difference. The suspension mounts to though.

Got mine from Jeg\'s. When the cab mounts rotted out I replaced all the cab/fender mounts and front a-arm bushings.
