Today at work like always i park my truck beside the building, thier is a big open huge field, well i seen a transport drive past my truck i like what ever, well when he turned around he didn\'t have enough clearance and hit my truck, well thier goes the passenger side of my box, umm we estimate it about $1400 most likely more thou, labour ! but how the hell can ya do something like that when thier is a huge field to turn around a big rig! owell thou its going thru his insurance now! well see on monday how things go! gotta love getting thous rentel cars . think gonna make a roll cage around my whole truck, this is the second time now! owell enough of that!

ouch! i hate hearing things like that. right now i just have my old ass 82 s10, it\'s a beater, but fast, and i could really care less if it got dented or dinged, but next year i plan on getting another ride, prob a z28, and hearing shit like that makes me nervous. sorry it happened to you man!

Ha. I had a kid with a Z28 turn me down in a race because he said the big dent in his quarter would slow him down too much. Said it\'d knock off 50 hp. True story

I tend to make my own dents....mine now has two LARGE dents, one in the center of the drivers door from when i threw the rod...and another when i burned up like my 10th starter in a week.

sorry to hear about your truck seems like i can drive a better every where but i take my nice new mini van out and gets scratched dented you name it i think people like to hurt nice trucks

Sorry to hear about the situation your in now, Thats why I don\'t drive mine very much and I never drive it to work unless I can get it inside.

I\'m a shipper and all I see is trucks all day long and the steal haulers we get could run just about anything over and not even feel a bump.

that sucks... a while back i got in a accedent and the insurance company only wanted to give me $3200 for my truck and wanted to write it off.... i eventually took in a whole bunch of bills from my engine trans and stuf like that... my enigne alone is worth more than $3200 plus the 3 g\'s for the tranny and another grand for wheels ,the tires were brand new i actually got hit on my way home from the tire shop... point out every little detail and see what happens.. i eventually got my value up to $7800 not bad considering it was at $3200 but i got it apraised now and a package policy that covers it for $10,200 i definately reccomend doing this to everyone

Well its all good sorta now, I gots estimates to get my truck fixed, and the trucking company itself gave me a check for the amount to get it all fixed, the work is all done now but now the decal kit i got on my truck well its now discontiued,, so now i gonna have to wait a few months to see if they can make me a new on or i have to go out and get a totaly new design,

I HATE TO HEAR ABOUT GOOD TRUCKS BEING INVOLVED IN A ACCIDENT OR EVEN BEING HIT WHILE PARK IN A PARKING LOT . LAST YEAR I WAS COMING HOME FROM SPRINGFEILD MO. AT A CAR SHOW . I HIT AN OWL AT JUST OVER 120 MPH ON A STRAIGHT AWAY HIT AT TOP OF WINDSHIELD AND THEN HIT THE WING ON THE BACK BUCKLING THE ROOF IN THE CENTER AND RIPPED THE FIN OFF THE BACK BRAKING THE BACK GLASS . LET ME TELL YOU ME DOING THE LABOR AND PAINT WORK IT STILL SUCKED TO REPAIR OUCH!!!!!!!!
