I was wondering which slots to use the upper or lower. I have the engine on the frame right now on the lower because the pan hits on the upper slots, I was wondering if the engine will be too high, the body is off the frame so it is difficult for me to visualize where it should be.

Sorry about the lenght, thanks for any help. I have a 1985 jimmy by the way.

my motor in the blazer is on the lower holes but i think it sits too high. i will be making that fix later. it does not hit the body at all in the high position.

the lower the motor, the better the pinion angle too.....I would try to get it in the lower posistion.
