I am selling my 00 Dakota R/T and in the process of purchasing a S10 Extreme. I plan on putting a LS1 in it, but where can I find one? What are some good places to look for used engines?

I know a guy up here who has one..i will ask if he wants to sell if your interested. Its in a 2001 ram air trans am. Car is totaled. Other than that find out if theres any salvage yards by you who deal with stuff like camaros, firebirds and vettes?

Check local junk yards and they will search for you. Phttp://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/smileJap.gif depends on if you want the 6 speed or auto with it.
