I have already purchased the modine vette radiator, but I am still experiencing heating problems. I have a little cheap flex a lite belt driven fan, but I was wondering if it would help to move the radiator forward and put a clutch fan on.

Hmmmm...... Still having trouble. What is the temp at? And what do you have under the hood? I have a 350/350 combo and I am running the modine rad, with a fan from a pontiac, lil electric one, pulling the air in it keeps it bout 180-190 in traffic when it\'s 90+ outside, and thats without the heator core hooked up. How much of the rad does the fan cover? Mine covers from top to bottom and almost 3/4\'s from left to right. That helps. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif

Installing a fan shroud should help out. Try some redline water wetter, dropped my temp 15 degree\'s. A single, or dual 12\" electric pusher fans in front of the radiator will help. Lower thermostat couldn\'t hurt either

I never put a thermostat in anything I drive, seems like every time I get one it sticks closed gave up on them.

You could try an aftermarket water pump.
