I\'ve been looking into how I\'m going to build my rear to give me better traction. I found a company which I\'m sure you all have heard of AIM. They offer triangulated four links with adjustable air bags (no compressor) for about $500. This is a complete bolt in kit which can also be welded which I plan on doing. I was wondering if there are any other people out there with similar setups ? Seems like a great alternative to coil overs and it\'s always nice to do things a little different. Let me know what you guys think any info or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I had an Alter Image 4 link that was bolt on for air suspension on my 97, and ripped the axle mounts off on both sides. The bolt on stuff for air isnt really beefed up for V8 power. I would go with a Chris Alston, or 4 link like that. You can always use axle over mounts with those setups.

Stay away from AIM. Especially their air stuff.

Yeah, I\'ve seen sites that advertise the fact that they don\'t use AIM stuff as a positive selling point.

I made some Caltrac style traction bars to eliminate the wheel hop, will probably bag it now. I am selling copies of the traction bars on ebay. These are pretty trick and work great.
