tpi vacuum port?

theres 3 hoses just behind the tps on the throttle body. the top one is a crankcase breather, but the other two were just cut when the motor was pulled. could one be the vacuum line for the brake booster?

the second one down the last i saw was for the pcv and the third one down is a coolant passage. at least that is the way my 85 tpi was.
