spark plugs

what are good spark plugs to run with a 350? and what model number. i pulled mine out of the truck today and it had 3 different plug with 2 different gaps. so what gap should the plugs be as well?

there a little bit cooler plug

oh yeah im running 35 on my plugs but im gonna try and go to 45
