You should try to use all of the accesories off of the donor engine

donor pump wouldn\'t fit either...engine came from a 97 yukon gt. too big aswell. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif

Try to find brackets from a s-10 with a 4.3, they should bolt right up the V-8.

Remember that serpentine belt sytems have a reverse rotation water pump.
