Mine came from JC Whitney - it\'s molded plastic covered by the headliner material. It\'s really very nice.

They have them in JC whitney. It was a little spendy. The speakers were not that good that came with it, but it did look good installed.

Why don\'t you get one from the boneyard and just recover it. That\'s what I did and recovered it in tweed. It turned out great. Way cheaper too.

I did mine and embossed IROC-S into it. There is a pic of it in my pictures or on my www. It was easy to do if you want to know how I did it.

Did you get the outside sticker from choo-choo customs? A friend of mine had a similar decal on his El Camino that said \"IROC-SS\", I always thought it was nice.

The \"IROC-S\" is an SS with one S removed and I got it from PhoenixGraphix.com. The head liner I did by striping down the original and taking what is called foam core and cutting out the letters. Then I glued them to the headliner and re covered with headliner materal. I did the first one with flames and it turned out really nice, then I gave it to a friend of mine and did this one. The bow tie should be easy.

how thick is that foam core stuff? is there anything else that would work just as good, like something that could be found lying around like thick cardboard or something?

Never mind. I found it. Pretty sweet. I\'m getting one. Just have to replace those cheap speakers.
