Need help speedo gear replacement help please~!

Ok, here\'s what I know, truck has 3.73 gears, and Im using 245/60/15\'s, can anyone help me here.. I have tranny out rebuilding and since I want to put correct gear in so speedo will work properly when done, any help would be awesome

You should find out what speedo combination a 86-88 Monte SS had, they came with 3.73\'s and a similar size tire. That would get you pretty close.
