simple question

I have a 90 4.3L. Now do I have to replace the 4.3 mounts with the 2.8 mounts and then use the sbc mounts overtop of those 2.8 mounts??

That is a recommended setup. Using that setup your engine will sit in a more desirable location and have more adjustment over using the 4.3 mounts.

You are talking about the conversion mounts, right?
