anybody got a TA WS6?

does anyone have a Trans Am WS6? I\'m just wondering how well you like it overall and if you have any other comments about it.

I dont\' own one, but I love the LS1 WS6\'s. I want a black on black, t tops, and M6.



I love the way they look, and preform very nice stock. I\'ve got slips of mine, running against some, running mid 13\'s@ around 104-105

When I had my 4.10 gears in I ran one on the highway 2000 model I took him on top end I guess he hit his rev lemiter. I was at 7200 rpms it was great!

I just looked at a 2000 Z28 yesterday, and I liked it, but it would mean getting rid of my truck. With only 16,000 miles on the z, it is sounding pretty good.

I don\'t own one but the owner of my job has one. And get this, it\'s his company car! I have driven it a few times, but the fear of getting fired for wrapping it around a tree prevents me from turning the traction control off. It is black with t-tops. Not taken care of very good. It\'s a 2000 or 01 with 78,000 miles and it gets driven through the buffalo winter. The paint has all sorts of surface scratches on it. I think he\'s jelious cause the other co-owner has a porsche as his company car.

THey do around 24 on highway and 21 in city. It all depend son mods and such and how you drive of course.

You can get damn near 30 mpg with a 6 speed. A friend has had two of them - a \'98 A4 and a \'00 m6. He said he\'d get 28 on the highway with the 6 speed and like low 20s with the auto. Now he\'s got a 24,000 mile Syclone that does 12.62 at 105.

if you look in my gallery, there\'s a picture of SyTy Nationals last year at the drag strip. The Sy behind me with the altezza tails is my buddy\'s. It\'s got gobs of work done to it - turbo, IC, chip, 2400 stall, etc. It runs 18 pounds of boost on 93 octane, and can go up to 24 with race gas (hasn\'t run it yet). Plus, he bought it from a guy who owned a powdercoating business, so it\'s got a bunch of powdercoat done.
