Well with everyones help to narrow my brake problem down i found the problem to be between the brake switch and the turn signal switch. I spliced into the from the brake switch to the turn signal switch and if i supplied the turn switch with 12 volts the brake lights came on, but if i used the 12 volts by plugging the brake switch in all i would get was the third brake light. So what i did was spliced into the white white coming out of the brake switch plug and spliced into the white wire going into the turn switch and ran a wire to connect them, solder & taped it up and that gave me brake lights. Everything works great brake lights/ turn signals/ driving lights, its all set. So with that said i wanna thank everyone VERY MUCH for everything pointing me in the right direction.
