dropping down a gear

I have a question, that is specifically related the the TH350 tranny. I am trying to figure out at what speed it will stop kicking down a gear when you stomp on it. Mine never seems to be consistent. Sometimes it won\'t drop when i\'m doing 20 or 30kmh, sometimes it does. sometimes it won\'t drop when i\'m doing 60 or 70kmh sometimes it does. I don\'t get it.

By the way, the speeds are in kmh not mph



Any idea\'s/input?

kickdown is modulated by the kickdown cable. You may need to adjust it some.

Mine does that also. Good thing I have the hp to pass alot of people without dropping a gear.
