85 corvette radiator, forward mounted, stealth conv upper rad mounts.well worth the $32 in my opinion, cut out core support as in manual, cut bottom of original fan shroud to mount bottom of rad, using a 3350 cfm zirgo electric fan w/ adj temp sensor from oriellys.180 thermostat, w/ rotating housing 1 1/2 outlet.Jegs motor mounts, upper rad hose part # 20676 gates is the manufacturer needed trimmed and a piece of 1 1/4 hose put on corvette outlet to adapt it to radiator same thing on bottom as far the 1 1/4 adapting to rad goes part # 21631 cut and section like in the conv book.Used a piece of galvanized 1 1/2 hose coupler w/barbed ends to hold hose better from local hardware store in plumbing section for $4 ,using intake port and water pump port to run heater core so I wouldnt have to use the lower radiator tee they sell in the conv book ,,,,I have let this combo idle for 40 min, and it runs 184 so I dont think i will have any problems if anyone wants to order the radiator mounts or anything else go to www. stealth conversions.com hope this helps someone ,,,,,man Im almost done its been along expensive road Ill try to get these pictures ive taken of project developed and put em up thanks for all the help and advice guys it really means alot to me,,,,,,,,,,,,Eric

I sure wish I could get mine to run that cool!! I am also running the \"vette\" radiator but I have a 15\" engine driven fan and a 14\" pusher on the front. I have just fabricated a shroud and installed a 180 deg thermostat, but I\'m still running hot as soon as I come to a stop. Really wierd. I mean I\'ll run down the road all day long between 30 MPH and 70 MPH and run a constant 175-180 and as soon as I stop for a light or something it automatically rises 20+ degrees in a matter of seconds. I can\'t figure it out!!???

Try putting a Stewart waterpump on it. They are around $75 and flow about 25% more water.

first. put the stock stat back in. then get a thermometer thatll read temps that high and check the coolant temp yourself. the stock gauges arent the most accurate things in the world. while your at it put a bottle of water wetter in it too.
