Is anybody using a 1piece tilt front end? I\'ve been eyeballin\' the one from US Bodysource out of Hampton Florida. It\'s $1200 and looks like good quality, but I\'ll wait to talk to someone who is already using one. Unlimited Productions also makes a tilt front end for S-10\'s for $700, but it looks like it has no provisions for headlights/turn signals and the bumper is molded in. Can this work on a daily driver? thanks Lee

I know that unlimited is a big piece of crap,no matter what they make. Price reflects quality. The body source seems to be a good company to work with. I don\'t have any of thier stuff but know of a few people that have and they have not got any complaints. I have see unlimited and their stuff always needs SO much work to make them even look half way good. A glass front on a daily driver might not be the best idea. To easy to stress crack glass.
Just my 2 cents sir,
Jeff...

STRESS CRACKS???...because its a daily driver?! Sorry dude-your misinformed on that one.I have a complete 1 piece tilt nose and NO cracks from driving around-couple of hairlines in the paint from stupid friends trying way to hard to help.My other car has a fiberglass nose too...been on there 28 years now...its a Vette.Fiberglass is much more giving and helpfully flexible than most people think.I do a lot of custom glass work and people always have these negative ideas about glass-mostly because they all had some bad experience with it either trying to build/repair something or they bought some of the bad glass products out there-ask the companies for referencesand check them out.If the cheaper nose your looking at has the headlight bucket area and the grill area recesses in place-you could easily cut the necessary area out-they might not to save time $$$$ and also so you can cut to fit to your accessories. You can cut it easily with a good jig saw or dremel etc.I\'m not sure who manufactured mine but I\'ll check on it-my bumper is still the original and the nose tilts on 2 large hinges -works great and man is engine work easy! Expect to lose your inner wells -core support and small list of other doo dads-my radiator is now free standing on the rails...shit-sorry for the long post but this was right up my alley.Feel free to email me and I\'ll send you pics if needed.
