Looks awesome!!

No Traction device? Maybe a billet Grille. And maybe a little too much red under the hood.

Well, Im having some plates made to space my tractions bars from my dropped leafs, should be done this week. Tried the billet grill, just didnt care for it too much. And when ya got 5 gallons of Victory red sittin on the shelf in the shop, there aint no such thing as too much red...lol...Thanks for the input, Wild..

I hear ya about having alot of paint. Did you paint the floor boards and the rest of the metal on the inside?

I looks great! Looks like you took your time and did it right. As good as it looks, I think I would add something on the outside like chrome trim around the wheel wells or perhaps a black stripe.

Well, I already had the complete interior(minus the dash) installed . So we painted the jambs and most everything else. But to be honest the upolstery was so clean I just couldnt tear it out again. WHen I first started on it, it was never meant to be a frame up restoration. Just wanted a speedy lil daily driver. But one thing led to another. Ive got the wheel well trim, just havent decided whether to use it or not. All in all, I could 4 link it, put in a 9\", and a few other choice goodies, but its just a Saturday nite cruiser, and that was the goal...

Looks Good. Since it was \'done right\' it should give many years of good looks and reliable service. As for too much red. No I disagree. Looks good. Too much red would be painting the bumpers and trim to match the truck. That would be too much red.

Thanks Space, I appreciate it. Does anybody think it needs to go down another inch all way round? Also, some have expressed their dislike for the mirrors, does anybody else share this opinion? I kinda liked em when I put em on, specially after paint...

Problem I see on the mirrors is that our trucks have no smoothe contours which the mirrors have.

It has a good look and stance. If you were to drop it an inch or two evenly I think its look would still be good.

Mirrors look OK. I didn\'t notice any dislike for them personally. I think they give the truck the \'aerodynamic\' feel to compliment the cowl hood.

wow, gorgeous truck. Very very clean.

The engine compartment is REALLY nice. the only thing I could suggest is (and I know it would be a pain in the ass at this point) would be to have the rad support painted red to match.

I\'d also agree an inch or 2 more drop would look good. and what was posted about the mirrors. They seem too sleek and modern for our truck\'s boxy style. At least the 1st gens.

but again, great job!

truck looks great. I think the mirrors give it a pretty good look and its something a little different from most others. Yeah i think it needs to be lowered another inch or two

but thats is an awesome truck.

Theyre just Cragar Street Stars, very reasonable I thought. Got em all 4 at Jegs for less than 500 bucks..

I also like it a lot. I was wondering why take out the power brakes?

Is that a fuel-pump solenoid on the firewall near the windhsield washer tank location?
