350 Coolant capacity.

Does anyone know how much coolant a 350 can hold? I have th 4.3 rad also.

general rule of thumb is 2 gallons in the block and 2 gallons in the radiator. pretty much the same on a 4.3.

So a us gallon is 3.8 litres or 4.54, I forget!

I know forsure that a canadian gallon is different than an american gallon and that they are either 3.8 or 4.54 but i forget which goes to which country?lol

A liter is bigger than the US quart. A Canadian gallon is 4 Liters, correct? So the US gallon is 3.8 liters and the Canadian gallon is 4.54 quarts.

I grew up near the border, but that was 40 years ago. So feel free to correct me if my memory is failing. Like everything else.
