i have a tbi 350 in my 94 and used the stock temp sensor in the driver side head so my stock temp gauge would still work and was wondering if it would hurt anything if i put an aftermarket temp gauge in the passanger head to run to an autometer temp gauge to keep a better eye on the actual temp

I don\'t see a problem with it!

no it would be just fine. but why not put it in the intake? that way you can keep track of the true temp of the motor sense the water in the head and the water in the intake will be a few degrees apart.

i have a stocl tbi intake and dont remember seeing an extra place for a temp sensor. i only have the CTS in the front by the t-stat housing but it is needed for the ecm. what if i got one of those aftermarket t-stat housings that has a place for a temp sensor. i have been wanting one of the swivel ones anyways so i can get the upper hose moved so i can work on getting a flex fan instead of e-fans

that would work great. as long as you have enough holes for everything
