Anyone know what brand these traction bars are, or have ever seen em before?...

They look like a rip off of cal-tracs or slide-a-links, but they rae not either. There was somebody on here selling a similar product. Probably made them themselves.

If homemade, looks like a real nice job. I made a very similar looking set using the plans from hotrodsandhemis.com. The guy said they were a Caltrac design. I will say they are very effective, truck hooks good now, no hop at all.

I`d say homemade or something someone in a welding or machine fab shop has copied good looking work.I made my own version also made a modified version of the motormounts sold on this site.A site called hotrodsandhemis.com/traction.html has plans for the bars. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_cool.gif

Found the samething myself hotrodsandhemis still works they must of had to delete that part http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif .Had full instructions on an adjustable link,do not know how good they work yet but their plans were well thought out and could be adapted to any leaf setup http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_cool.gif

those are home made, i am the one that had some for sale on here. Mine work great, and i am sure those do too, i think they work better than slapper bars, have more adjustablility and ride and ground clearance are better.
