anyone who lives in cali that has done a v8 swap pass smog? jtr states that as long as the engine is the same year or newer and with all working smog equipment and take it to the referee station they will put somekind of engine tag that says its a legal swap.
what kind of engine/tranny did y\'all use and how did it pass smog?
i have a high mileage \'95 4.3 auto though still running strong i plan on swapping a LT1/T56 or maybe a LS1.
