i ran all of mine my fastest one was 9.30\'s now i tubbed it and it should go faster cause i would blow the tires off one minute or it would hook the next

Strip, or daily driveable fast. I\'m shooting for at least a 11 sec daily driver. I\'m bout mid-low 13\'s now.

My s10 blazer so far runs mid 13s at 102 its a fastburn 385 crate motor if i can stop blowing trannies, I should get in to the 12s.

I think I have the slowest. I went with 2 burnt up plug wires and smoked the one wheel peel to half track. I hope my Currie posi and the new MSD ignition will get me down into the low 14\'s high 13\'s.

hey you know whats really sad is,i am at a stop light with my detail trailer on the back filled with 140 gallons of water and some ricer pulls up to me and throws this ear piercing rev,at first i thought it was a loose fan belt till i heard the dogs yelping,anyway he asked me if i thought my shit was fast .next light he says c\'mon dogg les do it,light turns green i hit it start spinning,i hit second it was OVER,so here i am thinkin how stupid i was, try to stop with water sloshin in the bottle pass a bike cop with the deer -in-the headlight look on my face.. import dude catches up to me and says what the hell is in that blazer,i laugh at him as i turned and yelled its a 2.8 v6 http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_eek.gif http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif yeah i was a dick i guess but no ticket.....

Dunno who has the fastest, but I have one of the slowest S10s on Earth. 1985 Diesel 4-banger... (58 hp of pure power!)



Would like to convert it to 6.6 turbodiesel as soon as I\'m done with my other current projects.... (might take a while!)

thats real good ...i have friends with the ls1 in their trucks and they go like 12.00 flat with the tucks and that would be with alot of spinning and my trucks are not daily driven anymore cause i have no job again damn i hate construction

They did! They\'re pretty rare, extremely slow, and extremely economical. The 2.2 liter 4 comes from Isuzu (like every time GM gets a 4-cyl diesel out of a magic-user\'s hat). Was used only in 1984 and 1985.



I\'ve been running mine on vegetable oil, and complete conversion to WVO is under way (Wasted Vegetable Oil). With a diesel V8, it\'d be possible to have a performance vehicle running on free fuel... the duramax is a MONSTER.. if you can find a radiator that will cool that thing in an S-10.. give me a CALL!! Between the heat from a V8.. being diesel.. the small engine bay.. and a TURBO.. u have your work cut out for you.
