I pulled out my lowering blocks to raise my truck back up, while I did this I removed the very bottom spring well now the truck seems like it is higher than stock. WTF...

You should leave the bottom spring. It is the helper spring and is needed, take out the spring above that one and try it.

put the small one on the bottom back in and take the one above it out right? This will lower the rear about 2 inches right?

it should lower it that much. How many leafs will that leave you in the pack? If it is two then it may drop it 3 inches in the back. the belltech drop leafs are a 2 leaf setup and drop the rear 3 inches.

i put the overload spring on the top of the spring pack!
