headers

I just went to order my headers from jegs and to my suprise I cant use the hedman with a 700r4 tranny does anyone know what kind I can use with this tranny?

I used the headmans 1.5\" primaries with a 700r4.Just have to reroute exhaust around the tranny ear.

I cut the ears off of the tranny

Is that the only reason they say they wont fit?

Must be because I had no other problems with my 700r4.

how do you like them i heard alot of people complain about them



I wasnt going to get them but i have a real low budget on this truck and i just want to get it running

They have been fine for me, haven\'t warped, cracked or anything yet, I have had them 2 years now.When I pull my motor this spring, i plan to get them ceramic coated though. It is not worrth the extra money to get 1 5/8 or 1 3/4\" tubes either as you will not pick up any power with the exception of like a 600hp beast.
