is it closer then these are? (http://s10v8.com/myegallery.php?&do=showpic&pid=205&orderby=dateD) mine are close but never had a problem with them, just make sure you have it snapped all the way on the plug, i have heard of people filing down the plug to get a slight clearance increase. also heard of shorteer plugs, but never actually seen them myself.

You can get shorty plugs from Accel. If not, heat up the header and dent it with a ball peen hammer like these guys said. For extra insurance, I\'m using some ceramic braided boot covers that you can get from accel and taylor. These things wont burn even if they\'re resting right on the header. They cost about $45 for a set of 8 from summit. Look at mine:

ya, those things kick ass i have those on my truck on certain plugs.. u can also get \'em at NAPA if you can\'t wait, they\'re like $5 or $6 a pair. I held them up to a lighter and all they did was smoke a little... good shit.
