Ok UP22.COM sells alot of diffrent fiberglass parts. Since i hit a deer im shopping around for a new bumper, Etc. For a first gen S10 i can get a fiberglass bumper for $100 and a rear roll pan for $70. Not bad at all but i was wondering if anyone has seen them and knows the quality on them. I have talked to one person and they told me that they had no problems but i just wanted a few other opinions. Incase you want to check it out go here http://www.up22.com/S10.htm Thanks

Isnt that Unlimited Products? Their stuff is OK, but not the best out there. Definetly need more work to get right.

They didn\'t used to be called something else.

Unlimited Products has been in the buisness for years. They are pretty much the first company to offer fiberglass body parts to the everyday joe like you and I. These guys are the best in the buisness. I have ordered 3 cowl hoods from the before. One for a 67 camaro and 2 for 69 camaros. A lot of my gear head buddies have done the same. I have never had a problem with them. I have not had any trouble with thier fit or finish. As with all fiberglass parts they will need some work before they are ready for paint. I planned on buying the front bumper and front fenders from them when I get home. They do not have a bad reputation. Go to any track and chances are 90% of fiberglass you see there is from Unlimited. (excluding ricers of course)

i think im going to keep my regular fenders but i just want to get a fiberglass bumper and a roll pan. Im trying to drop a few pounds off the front off my truck and the bumper is the best place to start.

The speed shop i deal with told me that they don\'t deal with them anymore because they had to send all of there products back for bad fit etc.

Just saying I have bought 3 items from them and helped install probably over 10 and never seen anything wrong or had problems. I am not going to say anything bad about a company that has done me right.

they used to be the company i dealt with when I offered fiberglass products in the parts store. the reason i stopped was the time to get parts and people do expect the pieces to be ready to bolt on, but they are not, they do need some finishing work. but they are a good company, just can take some tie to get the product and it will most likely need to be finished.

I can agree with that Mike. If someone is looking for a bolt on and go piece I would recommend metal instead of fiberglass. I don\'t know of any fiberglass parts that don\'t need a degree of prep before paint. Most fiberglass hoods will need edge work also. All fiberglass will need more work then metal parts.

I understand that Harwood has the best reputation of any, but still doesn\'t necessarily mean their pieces are \"bolt-on\". And, I think the parts the offer is limited. Maybe they know better, that fenders, etc. are tough to make \"perfect\".

.......... I bought a rear roll pan , \"Summit\'s own\" (made by?) Anyway, Finish was nice, ready for paint, but where it meets the rear quarter the damned thing hung down on one side 3/4\" more than the other. It just measured wider. I spray bombed it satin black, the bottom of the truck is black, and of course I cheated it some on the other side, so it ain\'t a big deal.

my cowl hood is from harwood. its jell coated and looks good but it still needs prep work and paint. i dont think there is any company out there with a perfect bolt on and never touch fiberglass product.
