I am wondering what it would cost to run dual 2.5\" exhaust with 40 series mufflers to just past the cab on a reg cab truck. I want both pipes running out to the side on the passenger side?

To do it yourself, or have someone install it for you?

Get the flowmaster kit for a 68 camaro and modify it to fit, it worked great on mine with hooker long tubes.

if you have the shorty headers then it will be a little more but the mufflers are going to be the expensive part buy them your self from jegs they are cheaper than any shop can sell them for but 150 should be a good guess

To have someone do a mandrel system isnt going to be cost effective since this is a totally custom job.
I know on my exhaust systems they had to bend and re bend to get the angles just right. Just get a crush bent one and keep it as straight as possible. I paid $100(+$40 tip) for the exhaust systems, and I brought the mufflers with me.Ive done it 4 times.
If you must have mandrel you should do it yourself (on this project) by buying a bunch of U bends and some straight pipe. Then cutting and welding it all together. Unless you have tons of extra cash.
