How does the lower rubber radiator cushion mount to the core support? Just drill a hole through the mount and into the core support and the rad. just rides in there?
Do I have to fab a mount for the fan or does it hook to something that\'s already there?

factory gm rad bushings have a little nipple on the bottom of them. It fits a 1/8 (I think) hole in the rad support and the upper bracket. The nipple plugs on to hold it in place. The rad just free rides between the bushings. When the body flexs and twists you don\'t want the rad mounted \'locked\' in tight because it won\'t flex. It will leak if flexed.

Good call, I\'ll just drill a couple of hole for those nipples.

Got it mounted and secured... man is it snug! And with it in the forward position and the taurus fan its got about 1/2 an inch (and that was taking some material off the fan) swing room. Good looking though!
