Has anyone dropped a 350 in a AWD bravada. I was thinking about a typhoon or syclone but I like the newer style. Someone said that in like 95, 96, and 97 they had an AWD option on the LT blazer. Anyone know about that one? I want a 350 AWD truck/suv that looks fairly new and can be built to hold around 450-500hp as a daily driver.
Thanks

I was wondering how much the stock units can hold and where I could get them rebuilt to hold more torque. I don\'t much care for the 4.6 thats in there but was thinking about a procharger for the 4.6 to start or just go with a complete LT-1 swap right from the start and then put a Procharger kit on it. Should put it right around the 500-525hp range all stock with just a intercooled procharger bolt on kit. Now does that sound cool or what.

The SS and Denali are awd but I can\'t imagine being able to fit that sized transfer case under a midsize truck and finding one and paying the mortgage you would need to buy it wouldn\'t be fun either.

why wouldnt it fit? in the SUVs they have to keep everything low for passenger feet room, theres not much in the way under the truck... from what i can tell, anyway.
ill grab one from a j/y and drive on it till i find the weak link, and then rebuild it with stronger goodies... im mostly worried about the case

You could actually put the 17x11 ZR1 wheels on the back, too - the Sy/Ty guys do it all the time and it looks awesome. Good luck with the project.
Also, if you\'re selling your truck, would you email me some pictures? My brother might be interested . . .

I have a hard time believing there are a lot of silverado SS\'s in junk yards. Either way, good luck.
