I just put a 350 in a 85 Blazer. The heater will not get hot. The engine is running about 180, but very little heat is coming out of the vents. When I switch the control from hot to cold, the fan seems to be forced through tne vent harder. I am thinking I have the vacuum hooked up wrong to the vacuum motors. What is the best way to run vacuum to the motors?

There is only one plastic line going into the dash for the heater control vac*. The way I beleive its supposed to be hooked up is from the manifold. thru a one way valve into a T connector. One line going to a vac um ball and the other going into the dash. The ball holds vac um when the engine isn\'t producing the required vac um to operate is accesorys.
