89 Chevy 3/4 ton

I just bought a 1989 chevy 3/4 ton truck 2WD. its gotta 350 in it with a throttle body EFI and an overdrive trans. motor runs great and trans shifts smooth. just curious if anyone has used any of these. is the trans computer controled? will the fuel pump in my tank be enough for the thottle body. Im pretty sure its not for a TPI system, but it might be for this. any other helpful or interesting tips or info would be great as well. by the way, i got it all for $200!! http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif

If the s-10 truck was a TBI before, it should be ok. I would run a pressure test on it, and call around or find out here what fuel pressure on a TBI SB needs to be... As far as swaping the computer in your s-10 everything should run just as smooth!

i havnt researched it yet, but does anyone know what trans this might be, its a three speed with overdrive?
