Fitted means on size doesnt fit all. You get the exact size that fits your head, not plastic crap on the back. Look at big league baseball players they all wear fitted hats. I dont hink ive worn an adjustable hat in 12 years.

This is a slightly adjustable fitted hat, it has a spandex type material that lets it flex and fit most.
