I\'m going to pull the engine this winter to replace what I expect to be a leaking head gasket, rear main seal, and lifters (and bigger cam while I\'m at it). Does anyone have a head gasket recommendation? I figured I\'d just get a new Fel-pro blue gasket kit so I\'d have everything I\'d need. Will that work out fine?
Thanks,
Jeff

I would go with the Fel-pro too. Never had much problems from them.

Fel-Pro is the best.... no dought about it, just make sure you heads are in good shape before you re-assemble them.

Sounds good. I thought that might be a pretty good way to go. They seem to be reasonable in price, too. Thanks, guys.

I use the felpro \"steel shim head gasket\" .015\" thick. They\'re black, $20 each, but up\'s your compression some. Your heads and deck surface has to be perfect when using a steel shim head gasket though.
