I have a mech fuel pump now 110gph, but may need a hi po electric to feed my future 650hp engine. Will I need new fuel lines? and does that mean that i cannot run any rubber hoses anywhere? Hope you can help me!

People recommended that I use aluminum ½ fuel line, so that is what I ran. The rules say you cannot have more that 12 inches of rubber hose. If you want to run it at the track and it is modified, you need to go by the rules. I ran ss braided lines from the carb to the ½ line and from the ½ line to the pump, filter, and tank. The only rubber hose I ran was from the vent of the fuel cell.

Yes, I have a Carter outside the tank and there is no return line. Just a single line.
