what do i need to hold up my 350. is there some parts i\'ll need to hold up the extra weight?

get the 2.8 springs. they work great on mine.

those are the springs i would leave in it.

thats fine. it will drop alittle but not much. not enough to notice. if you want a stiffer ride more like stock then put in a set of 4.3 springs.

I\'m using the 2.8 springs that haven\'t been touched since 1982, and it\'s fine. You\'d think they\'d be a little \"weak-in-the-knees\" by now... but ride height is OK, and roadability is good too.

you dont find it a little sloppy compared to the 2.8 being under the hood? i used 3\" drop springs from an 87 ss monte. so i never drove mine with the v8 and 2.8 springs. i figured they would be a little loose?

but i also have the elderbrok IAS shocks. front and back is very stiff. like driving in a vette or camaro.

hey if you have some 4.3\'s let me know too, i can say that the 2.8\'s hold up just fine but(andy can vouch) i take corners like no ones business! so the stiffer4.3\'s are what i need. thanks

sway bars are what let you corner better not the springs.i\'ve found the tires are the biggest factor when tring to make a 100 + mph turn
