i am buying a fuel cell for my 92 ext cab s-10 i am puttin a 350 in it over the weekend and i am wanting to no if the pump on the motor will work/fit (the machanical one) i am also about to order a fuel cell for it does anyone no what size tank is in my truck now? and will that pump work fine for the cell or should i get a electric pump? thanks Joe

i am assuming that you have a carbed application since you are considering running a mech. fuel pump. the mech. fuel pump should fit with no probs. as far as your stock in tank pump working on the cell, i dont know for sure but if you get a plate to block the fuel pump inlet on the motor and use an electric pump you will have to regulate the fuel pressure between 4-6 lbs. for a carbed application. thanx for reminding me to ask my fuel question

Mechanical one should work fine. I\'d run at least a 15-20 gallon tank, if you plan on driving this on the street.
Where are you gonna mount this at?

i am goin to mount it behind the axle under the bed...no room in the bed wit the air tanks for it..
