I sent him an email. From what it says, his kits come with EVERYTHING needed to convert any vehicle to a TBI. The harnesses have a port that hooks up to a laptop, so you can read sensor info, and troubleshoot any issues, as well as adjust spark timing and such. It comes wht the TBI, and an HEI distributor for an addtional charge. I am really thinking about getting one when the time comes for it. it would make my life alot easier it seems.

Is that the Howell Industrie\'s kit? If you look at thier website they offer tons of kits for retro fitting EFI on almost any engine.
