anybody know if the in-tank electric fuel pump in my 89 blazer will handle running 45-55 p.s.i. of pressure for a multiport setup. right now it runs throttle body at about 13-17 or so. Could i just put a heavier regulator on to get my desired pressure or will the pump burn up?
Thanx

might as well replace it with a mallory unit or something..even mount it outside the tank for easier access... the OEM unit is PUNY!

you would have to get a pump unit from a newwer mpi s10 if it would even fit maybe a hole tank from a newwer truck but a aftermarket pump would be cheaper

YOU CAN GET A PUMP FOR A SYCLONE OR TYPHOON,TPI CAMARO OR TRANS AM OR YOU CAN USE THE HOLLEY 255LPH IN-TANK PUMP ITS LIKE 140.00 PLENTY OF PRESSURE AND VERY STABLE AT 60PSI http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif
