Me, w/ a holley jet kit, acc. pump kit, and Edelbrock A/F ratio meter. That was one of the best things I ever bought.

ZZ4 is right. First, you\'ve got to be familiar with the workings of the carb. And the first step toward that is messing with it. (rebuilding if needed) Got a Holley? Holley makes a high performance kit for most carbs with lots of goodies.
........ Second, I installed a O2 (VDO?) meter on my pillar. Now I can watch rich-lean ratio under all drivng conditions. Without that, you\'re just guessing.

Me. I tune by trap speed at the track, vacauum for idle mixture, and accelerator pump components by 60 ft or feel(since I always had traction problems at the track). I tought about getting a wideband for fine tuning, but it runs pretty good now. If I ever get it on a chasis dyno maybe I will change then.
