got a ? for ya\'ll

I was in the gallery and was looking a bad ass ls1 install and it showed some close ups of the radiator. it looks just like the one in my blazer. but i know you can\'t tell just by looking at them. is there anything i can look at that will let me know what radiator i have. i would hate to go buy a new one and find out later that i already had it. thanks in advance

where did it come from?

what engine is in your blazer?

that should be a good clue for you to figure out what rad you have.

i am having a hard time understanding that you would ask us what rad you have in your truck, if you have a 4.3 in your truck than chances are pretty good that you have the 4.3 rad in your truck too.

like my nickname says TPI 350. that means I got a Tuned Port Injected 350. the swap was all ready done when i bought the truck so i have no way of knowing what radiator is in the truck. thats why i was asking about a 4.3 radiator.i didnt know if the dude that had the truck before me left in the stock or put something else in it. so now mabe you understand.ive been working on chevy hot rods for a long time Ive got a 94 trans am and just sold a 91 z28 so i know the difference between a v6 and a v8.

now i got you. well i would say if it cools fine i would keep it, if your running hot i would look further into it.

you might look to see if the rad looks like it\'s using factory mounting etc..

that might give you a clue as to if it\'s stock or not, good luck.

well i put it to the test today on the way home from work. put it in bumper to bumper 5:00 traffic and never got over 210. i found one of those adjustable thermo switches at the local parts store for 19$ they wanted 50$ in jegs but anyway i would like for the fans to kick in a 180 instead of 210. but was pleased over all.
