Does anybody know of aluminum heads with a \"W\" on the front of them? There is a local \"clown\" selling an engine and says the heads are aluminum and thinks they\'re called warner? Any info would be appreciated so I can either stop wasting my time or go get myself a good deal.

I just looked up the heads and they are 58CC, aluminum, 88-up, angle plug, raised D port exhaust, 1.94/1.5 valves. Are they any good???

Could they be Weiand, which is Holley?

Never heard of warner heads. Could be weiand? From the specs you gave, they\'d be a high compression head but telling from the valves id say they may be a small cube head (like for 305). Not that 1.94/1.5 can\'t flow good, but typically you see 2.02/1.6 in aftermarket aluminum heads if they\'re meant for 350+. Did they have specs on runner size?

Hard to say if they\'d be good or not. If you\'re putting them on a stock to mild smallblock then id say they would probably be good, especially for torque, but I wouldn\'t pay much for them if they\'re a \'no name\' head.
