LT1! Need headers to match ports

I have a 1993 Lt1 in my 1985 S10. My heads have been ported and polished to a bigger size. All the headers I find are round port and not d shape. Anyone know were I can get some big d port headers to fit my 1985 s10.

Nice so the Sanderson 1 and 3/4 should work. Were can I pick them up at? Summit? Was the blazer spraying?
