alright, i have some beater rims with winter tires and they seemed fine when i put them on but then i noticed grinding...looked down under the car and the steering compnents are rubbing along the inside of the rim, was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to eliminate this. thanks

grinder, torch, BFH, or maybe some spacers or adapters
