Just reinstalling my front suspension.
Question. Since the places where the lower A arm bolt to will deflect when the bolts are tightened, is there a proper torque to keep from destroying the new bushings?
Thanks

I don\'t have the torque in front of Me....but...the biggest thing is to tighten the bolts with the weight of the truck on the wheels...not with the wheels off the ground....
If I remember tomm....I\'ll check the torque and post it for ya...

the front bolt for the lower control arm for a 2wd s10 in 85 ft lbs the rear bolt is 72 ft lbs and yes always tighten it in its normal resting position either put a jack under it or mount the tire and sit it on the ground for final torqueing-
this brings up a good point alot of things proper torque is important everyone else torqueing stuff out there??
for any other specs let me know i can get them online
